Fast-Rising Country Artist Baylee Lynn Releases
Heart On My Sleeve (Expanded Edition)
Today marks the arrival of Heart On My Sleeve (Expanded Edition) — the debut EP from 18-year-old country sensation Baylee Lynn. Out now via The Core Records, the seven-song project now includes her bittersweet but uplifting ballad “That’s What I’ll Be” from Nobody Wants This Season 2: The Soundtrack to previously released EP.
Now based in Nashville, she’s also made her name as a magnetic live performer, thanks in part to an early-2026 North American tour as support for viral sensation Maddox Batson.
The beautifully moving “That’s What I’ll Be” builds on her captivating vocals and comes alongside a lyric video and previously released music video HERE. Produced by AJ Pruis (a GRAMMY-nominated producer/songwriter/musician known for his work with Megan Moroney, Maddie & Tae, and more), the song delivers a full-hearted message of reassurance to all those who need it.
With a rich musical heritage in her family, Baylee got her start singing in church, taught herself to play guitar at just six years old, and soon added piano to her repertoire. Raised on country queens like Dolly Parton, she penned her first song at age 13 and soon developed her singular songwriting voice, tapping into the nuances of love, longing, and vulnerability.
