Entertainer Jimmy Bowen returns to the stage as he kicks off filming for Season 12 of his acclaimed live television music series, Jimmy Bowen & Friends. Now entering its twelfth season, the fan-favorite show continues to raise the bar, delivering unforgettable performances and must-see musical moments.
This season showcases an exciting and diverse lineup that reflects the spirit of the series—bringing together celebrated hitmakers, rising stars, and crowd favorites crossing genres and generations. Season 12 will feature appearances by Belles, Casey James, Emmy Russell, Eric Blankenship, Frank Myers, Hilljack, Jeff Bates, Kelly Lang, Midlife Crisis, Morgan Myles, Olivia Jo, and Onoleigh, with additional surprise guests expected throughout the tapings.
The television series consists of thirteen half-hour episodes and captures Bowen performing live with his world-renowned band alongside a rotating roster of guest artists. Known for its relaxed, collaborative atmosphere, Jimmy Bowen & Friends continues to deliver authentic performances and spontaneous musical moments that keep audiences coming back season after season.
Filming will take place at The Troubadour Nashville (2416 Music Valley Dr., Nashville, TN 37214) from Tuesday, May 19th through Thursday, May 21st. Four shows will be taped daily at 6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM, and 9 PM CST, with doors opening at 5:30 PM/CST. TV tapings are FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and guests are welcome to attend any and all daily shows. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the bar.

Jimmy Bowen & Friends airs on a wide range of major networks including Nashville’s FOX 17, CW Nashville, DTC 3, and MY30, as well as ACN Country (American Country Network), AIM Country Music Television, Canyon Star TV, Country Road TV, Right Now TV, Stryk TV, The Family Channel, and The Heartland Network, with additional networks set to come on board.
