Nashville, TN (September 17, 2025) – Fast-rising Country newcomer Elizabeth Nicholstoday drops a cautionary bop for the gossips with her new track “Little Birds,” available now via PULSE Records. “Since I moved from Tulsa to Nashville, every week my friends call me and update me about everything going on with exes and friends and what people were saying about me (good and bad),” laughed Elizabeth. “It was like I hadn’t even left even though I was 800 miles away! It just goes to show, it doesn’t matter where you are or how old you are, people love spilling tea and yapping about other people…but sometimes they forget, the grapevine is much shorter in a small town.”

After teasing on socials, the light-hearted tune has already racked up more than 4 million views, hundreds of TikTok videos and more than 9,000 pre-saves. Elizabeth is steadily building an engaged following and releasing music in accordance with fan-demand, as was the case with the August release of the viral gut-punch ballad “Daughter” and several tracks from her debut EP Tough Loveincluding the chart-topping “I Got A New One,” which received the Kellyoke treatment on The Kelly Clarkson Show and shot to No. 1 on the iTunes Country chart (for weeks). The cover and Nichols’ response captured the internet’s attention and has earned more than 19 million streams after she debuted at No. 25 on Billboard’s Emerging Artist Chart and found its way into the Top 45 on Apple’s Today’s CountryPlaylist, on Amazon’s Country Heat playlist, as well as Spotify’s Viral Charts in the US, Australian, Norway, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand and landed her as June’s Billboard’sCountry Rookie of the Month.

“A gifted songcrafter and country vocalist with a penchant for stick-in-your-head lyrics that uniquely put forth a song’s message” – Billboard

“Nichols is making a striking entrance with her debut” – The Tennessean

“A detailed songwriter and engaging vocalist with staying power” – Billboard

“Elizabeth Nichols makes a fearless first impression” – Cowgirl Magazine

“Hilarious and hard relatable, the Louisville, KY, singer songwriter is picking up the torch Kacey Musgraves lit with Pageant Material and skipping around small town America with it, laying waste to everything from Christian conservative double standards and cowboy authenticity to gender dynamics and the wagging tongues of women at her local church.”

ABOUT ELIZABETH NICHOLS:

Elizabeth Nichols is a singer-songwriter who, in just a few short months since moving to Nashville, has accumulated millions of streams with her clever turn of phrases and unabashed take on life in the modern age. Born in Texas, raised on a Kentucky farm and educated in Tulsa, Oklahoma and… Australia, Nichols has lived a lot of life in her 23 years and channels her observations and experiences into her songs, often infusing commentary on everything from society and small-town life to current cultural trends into her lyrics.

Nichols burst onto the scene with the online phenomenon “I Got a New One” and has been building a fan base and online presence with each release with original songs like “Trailer Treasure,” “Bad Taste” and “Somebody Cooked Here” each of them delivered in a sweet drawl that’s both relatable and disarming. Her sparky release, “Mama” seamlessly blends a broad-minded cheekiness (reminiscent of Kacey Musgrave’s Same Trailer Different Park-era) with a Toby Keith brashness and has accumulated 7.5 million views online. It’s not just fans who are taking notice, the astute wordsmith has piqued the interest of several other creatives in Nashville, including Sam Barber who hand-picked Nichols be a co-writing on his hit “Morning Time.” Nichols also captured the attention of Kelly Clarkson who covered “I Got A New One” on her show and the buzz surrounding her performance and Elizabeth’s reaction catapulted the song to the No. 1 song on the Country iTunes chart for multiple weeks.

She released her debut EP, Tough Love in June and has already followed it up with new releases including the gut-punching “Daughter” and cheeky ditty “Little Birds.” Nichols is continuing to create new music while also hitting the pavement to perform live. She recently wrapped up her run as support for Wyatt Flores’ Welcome Back To The Plains Tour this spring and performed on several bucket list worthy stages including the legendary Blue Bird Cafe in Nashville, CMA Fest and the Kentucky Derby. The PULSE Records artist is signed to CAA for booking. For more information and to stay up to date, follow along on InstagramTikTokFacebook and YouTube.
