Quartz Hill Music Group Adds Neil Vance as Manager for Rising Country Stars Matt Cooper and Spencer Hatcher
Runaway June’s Longtime Manager, Tina Hill, To Also Now Manage Newly Signed Singer-Songwriter Lakelin Lemmings
(NASHVILLE, TN – Aug. 25, 2025) – Quartz Hill Music Group (QHMG), whose footprint includes Quartz Hill Records, Stone Country Records and BSB Management, announced today that Neil Vance has joined BSB Management as Manager for genre-blending country artist Matt Cooper and modern country traditionalist Spencer Hatcher. Vance brings more than two decades of artist management and booking agency experience, with a strong track record in achieving next-level success for both new and established entertainers in competitive landscapes. He has previously managed the careers of country artists including Dustin Lynch and Tyler Rich.
“Neil really impressed me back when he was managing Dustin Lynch while Dustin was signed to my former label,” said QHMG Founder Benny Brown. “He’ll be a great asset to BSB Management, and specifically to Matt Cooper and Spencer Hatcher as they launch their country music careers on the national stage.”
