Spirit Music CEO Frank Rogers Receives South Carolina’s Highest Honor
Order of the Palmetto Presented by Governor McMaster
Columbia, S.C. / Nashville, Tenn. — May 1, 2026 — Multi-platinum record producer, songwriter, musician, music publisher, label executive, and South Carolina native, Frank Rogers, received his home state’s highest honor on April 30 as the Honorable Henry McMaster, Governor of South Carolina, presented him with the Order of the Palmetto. Established by Governor John C. West in 1971, the Order of the Palmetto is presented in recognition of a lifetime of extraordinary achievement, service, and contributions on a national or statewide scale. Frank was born in Florence, S.C. and grew up in Sumter, S.C.
Rogers is the CEO of Spirit Music and President of Fluid Music Revolution. His extensive career includes collaborations with artists such as Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker, Chris Stapleton, and many others. His work has produced 46 Number One singles and numerous awards, including 18 country music award nominations.
Frank has also made significant contributions as a songwriter, with ten Number One songs to his credit. His influence extends to movies, where he has written songs for Disney Pixar’s Cars, among others. As an executive, he founded Sea Gayle Music and has signed numerous successful artists.
Frank and his wife Jessica support arts education initiatives through co-founding Notes For Education. He has made a lasting impact on the music industry and continues to thrive as a prominent figure in music publishing.
